Gathering Myself

I don't feel quite myself when the thoughts and fears become so distracting. I feel split between everything flying by, my current tasks, ideas about life, and rethinking my answers to the resulting questions. It takes a conscious effort to stop myself long enough to bring it to a center and reset.
